Chinese omelet + soybean milk = the tasty breakfast

Today I want to introduce the Chinese breakfast I like, one of my favorite set of breakfast is one Chinese omelet with a cup of hot soybean milk. Nowadays, there are so many different choices of the Chinese omelet, and it is easy to make it at home, the ingredients of the Chinese omelet and the way to make the Chinese omelet are similar to the Western omelet, so I am going to share the easy recipe of Chinese omelet in below. The soybean milk, you can buy it in any supermarket in Spain, but it tastes quite different from Chinese soybean milk. For some people, it is way too sweet, but I think it is like the drink《Soya》, I like that.

l   Ingredients

  1. omelet︰flour  +  water  +  salt  =  (proportion) 1 : 4 : a pinch
  2. egg︰1
  3. in stuffing︰tuna or corn kernel or cheese or ham….etc.
  4. green oninon︰1, finely diced (it’s okay if you don’t have it)

l   Directions

  1. Put some oil in the pan.
  2. Put the《Ingredient 1》in the pan, make it like a small pizza but thin, and then until it cooked, that is the pastry of the Chinese omelet.
  3. Make the two sides of the Chinese omelet become golden color.
  4. Mix 《Ingredient 2》,《Ingredient 3》and 《Ingredient 4》together, after stir all of the ingredients, put them on the omelet.
  5. Until the ingredients of the fourth step are almost cooked, you can fold over the omelet from one side, and roll it up become a bar.
  6. And then cut the omelet into a bite-size pieces (approximately one omelet can be sliced into 4).

dàn bǐng + dòu jiāng =  měi wèi  de  zǎo cān

 

今天我要来分享我平常喜欢吃的中式早餐,

jīn tiān  wǒ  yào lái  fēn xiǎng  wǒ  píng cháng  xǐ huān  chī  de  zhōng shì  zǎo cān ,

我最喜欢的早餐组合之一,

wǒ  zuì  xǐ huān  de  zǎo cān  zǔ hé  zhī yī ,

是一份蛋饼加上一杯热豆浆。

shì  yī fèn  dàn bǐng  jiā shàng  yī bēi  rè  dòu jiāng 。

现在的中式蛋饼有非常多的选择性,

xiàn zài  de  zhōng shì  dàn bǐng  yǒu  fēi cháng  duō  de  xuǎn zé xìng ,

自己在家做也很容易,

zì jǐ  zài jiā  zuò  yě  hěn  róng yì ,

所需的材料和作法与西式的奥姆蛋类似,

suǒ xū  de  cái liào  hàn  zuò fǎ  yǔ  xī shì  de  ōu mǔ dàn  lèi sì 。

因此,我今天会在底下和大家分享,制作中式蛋饼的简单食谱。

yīn cǐ,wǒ  jīn tiān  huì  zài dǐ xià  hàn  dà jiā  fēn xiǎng ,zhì zuò  zhōng shì  dàn bǐng  de  jiǎn dān  shí pǔ。

在西班牙也有豆浆,

zài  xī bān yá  yě yǒu  dòu jiāng ,

但跟中式豆浆的味道不太一样,

dàn  gēn  zhōng shì  dòu jiāng  de  wèi dào  bú tài  yī yàng ,

对有些人来说,

duì  yǒu xiē  rén  lái shuō ,

西班牙的豆浆喝起来太甜了,

xī bān yá  de  dòu jiāng  hē qǐ lái  tài  tián  le ,

但我觉得有点像《蜜豆奶》的味道,所以蛮喜欢的。

dàn  wǒ  jué de  yǒu diǎn  xiàng  《mì dòu nǎi》 de  wèi dào,suǒ yǐ  mán  xǐ huān  de。

xiǎng yào  chī chī kàn  zhōng shì  de  zǎo cān  ma ? yǐ xià  shì  zhōng shì dàn bǐng  de  zuò fǎ qǐng  xiǎng yòng :

l   材料

    cái liào  

1. 蛋饼皮︰面粉+= (比例)1 少许

dàn bǐng  pí︰miàn fěn  + shuǐ  + yán = (bǐ lì) yī  bǐ  sì  bǐ  shǎo xǔ

2. 鸡蛋︰ 1个

jī dàn ︰yī  ge

3. 馅料︰鲔鱼 / 玉米粒 / 起司 / 火腿 ……等等

xiàn liào ︰wěi yú  / yù mǐ lì  / qǐ sī  / huǒ tuǐ  ……děng děng

4. 葱︰1把,切成末 (没有放也没关系)

cōng ︰yī  bǎ ,qiē chéng  mò

 

l   作法

    zuò fǎ 

  1. 倒入适量的油在平底锅中

dào rù  shì liàng  de  yóu  zài  píng dǐ guō  zhōng

  1. 将调好的《材料1》倒入锅中,变成像小披萨的形状,等待凝固便是薄薄的蛋饼皮

jiāng  tiáo hǎo  de 《cái liào yī》dǎo rù  guō  zhōng ,biàn chéng

xiàng  xiǎo  pī sà  de  xíng zhuàng ,děng dài  níng gù  biàn shì

báo báo de  dàn bǐng pí

  1. 将蛋饼皮的两面煎到颜色变成金黄色

jiāng  dàn bǐng pí  de  liǎng miàn  jiān dào  yán sè  biàn chéng  jīn

huáng sè

  1. 将《材料2》、《材料3》和《材料4》加在一起,搅拌均匀后,倒在蛋饼皮上

jiāng 《cái liào èr》、《cái liào sān》hàn《cái liào sì》jiā  zài yī qǐ ,jiǎo bàn  jūn yún  hòu,dào zài  dàn bǐng pí  shàng

  1. 等待作法四的食材变熟后,便可将蛋饼卷成条状

děng dài  zuò fǎ sì  de  shí cái  biàn shóu  hòu ,biàn  kě  jiāng  dàn

bǐng  juǎn chéng  tiáo zhuàng

  1. 再用锅铲切成适当大小 (大约4块)

zài  yòng  guō chǎn  qiē chéng  shì dāng dà xiǎo  (dà yuē  sì  kuài )
